We work very hard to provide you with unique and inspired products. As a result, many of these products are only available in limited quantities or require large production lead times. When an item is no longer available or currently on back order we make every effort to remove it from the site immediately. However if a product you ordered is sold out, we will inform you immediately and will give you a best estimate of time of delivery should you wish to confirm your order. You also have the option to cancel it. Our suppliers are often small French companies who are doing their best to manufacture their products as fast as possible. But some uncertainties exist related to international transport and customs clearance. Péché Mignon cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs or time in transit from France.
We make every possible effort to provide you with accurate colors for all our items listed on this website. The actual colors you see will depend on your computer monitor, and we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
You will receive an email confirmation when your on-line order is received. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Your card will not be charged until your order is shipped. Special orders require a 50% deposit which is charged to your credit card at the time the order is placed.
Since our company is located in California, we are required by law to apply an 8.5% sales tax for orders shipped within this state. We do not collect sales tax on orders shipped to any other state than California. However you may owe sales or use tax on orders shipped to addresses outside of California.
Our elegant gift wrapping paper is bright red with either red or curry color ribbon.
According to its shape, the product will either be gift wrapped or put in a box with tissue paper
and that box will then be gift wrapped. An additional charge of $6.00 applies per package for gift wrapping.
Shipping is free for all orders over $400.00. Shipping costs are determined by your total order. We ship using US Postal Service
Priority Mail, Tuesday to Friday. We strive to ship all orders within 2 business days after on-line receipt. USPS Priority Mail
ships within 2 to 3 business days depending on your location.
Should you request to receive your products faster we can also ship them using UPS. Please call us Tuesday to Saturday
from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. Additional shipping charges will apply and will be charged to your card after we receive your oral agreement.
We do not ship to countries outside of the USA.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product you purchased on our site, you may return it within 15 days of receipt of order and ask either
for a refund or for an exchange. Please know that additional shipping charges will apply for any exchanged items. If an item is opened and proven defective
we will work to replace it. If a replacement is not available, we will offer a refund or exchange.
We accept returns of unused items in perfect condition and sealed in their original packaging. We will not refund an item which is not in a resalable
condition or has been used, nor if the original packaging is damaged. Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
All returns must be approved by Péché Mignon prior to return. Please fill in this downloadable Return Form either by fax, mail or e-mail before
returning your products. If your return qualifies, we will issue a Return Authorization Number and provide you with the return address and instructions.
Please mark that number clearly on the box. We will not exchange nor refund any product sent back to us without a Return Authorization Number.
We must receive the products within 10 days of Return Authorization Number issuance. Returns will be processed within 7 days of receipt by Péché Mignon.
If you provide an email address we'll notify you via email when your exchange has been processed.
Returns must be sent at the customer's expense by insured mail and with sufficient packaging. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in delivery or
broken on their return to us. Following restock of the merchandise at our store, a credit less shipping fees will be issued to the credit card on which the original purchase was charged.
Any shipment returned to Péché Mignon due to incorrect address supplied by customer, undeliverable address or delivery failure will not be refunded.
Any returns shipped to Péché Mignon after the 15 days delay will automatically be charged a 30% restocking fee. No return of merchandise is accepted after 30 days of receipt.
All items are insured through USPS Priority Mail. Should your order arrive damaged, you must notify us of the damage within 24 hours. Please save the packaging and all the
content and contact us immediately at (415) 221-6000. We will replace or refund the purchase value provided the customer supplies us with enough information necessary to make a
claim with the carrier. In order for us to make a claim the customer must return the package to Péché Mignon as soon as possible. The original mailing container, including the
wrapping, packaging, and any contents that were received must be mailed inside a new mailing container with sufficient packaging material to prevent further damage to the article.
Damaged items received by us more than 30 days after first shipped to the customer will not be exchanged nor refunded.
We are not responsible for shipment damage to products you return.
Customers have the right to cancel their order at anytime prior to the shipping, except for special orders, which cannot be cancelled nor returned.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at time of order. No returns or cancellations.
You can call us to place an order if you prefer talking to us instead of ordering on-line. We are located in San Francisco and can be reached Pacific Standard Time from
Tuesday to Saturday between 11:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. If we are not available, we will call you back within 24 hours. You may also place an order by fax or by e-mail.
